This time may be used for vendor setup, getting ready time for the bridal party, or first-look photos/video.

Because the estate is an active vineyard and winery, regular operations continue on-site until approximately 2:00 p.m. Guest arrival is permitted beginning 30 minutes prior to your ceremony.

For summer weddings, we recommend ceremonies begin at 5:00 p.m. or later to avoid the hottest part of the day and take advantage of more comfortable temperatures and beautiful evening light.

  • We have a curated list of full-service vendors to help you choose the best options for your day. If you would like to offer liquor, you are welcome to hire a licensed bartending service of your choice, however, Rocky Pond wines and sparkling’s are the only wines that can be served at the estate. Please note that a Washington State banquet permit and event insurance are required. It is not a requirement to provide alcohol.

  • We’re happy to share our preferred partners, but you’re absolutely welcome to choose any vendors that feel like the best fit for your wedding.

Please note that a day-of coordinator is required and must not be a member of the wedding party.

  • Backup plans depend on your guest count. Our indoor pavilion can accommodate up to 100 guests, so if your wedding is larger than that, outdoor tenting is required and at an additional cost with our event rental partner, North Central Washington Event Rentals.

  • To comply with Douglas County noise ordinance, weddings must conclude by 10:00 p.m. Our policy also requires that no personal or rental items be left behind. Real flames and smoking are not allowed anywhere on the property.
