About the Venue

The idea for The Venue grew from a feeling.

Over the years, our travels took us to places that stayed with us long after we left. They made us feel something that lasted well beyond anything we did or saw.

Evenings at a private vineyard table, intimate amphitheaters filled with music and storytelling, lively gatherings set in a lodge, and boutique stays where every detail felt thoughtfully curated. And, that familiar moment—sharing a glass of wine with friends, overlooking endless vineyard views, when time seemed to quietly slip away. What felt like minutes turned into hours, without anyone noticing or wanting to leave.

We created the Venue at Rocky Pond Estate to bring that feeling home.

About the Spaces

Set within a private gated vineyard estate, The Venue offers a refined and authentic five-acre vineyard setting for your event. Surrounded by vines and sweeping views, the venue blends natural beauty with 10 thoughtfully-designed event spaces to serve as the backdrop for an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

    The Studio

    A thoughtfully designed space for getting ready, private wine tastings, or intimate gatherings, this setting offers both comfort and intention. Elevate your day with dedicated time for hair and makeup, touch-ups, and wardrobe changes, along with quiet moments to review your vows. It’s also the perfect backdrop for pre-ceremony photo and video sessions—capturing every detail with beauty and ease, so you arrive feeling polished, present.

    The Gazebo

    Ideal for groups of up to 20, the Gazebo blends privacy with an inviting, resort-style charm. Host an elegantly set dinner, create a refined space for pre‑ceremony moments, or welcome guests to a leisurely cocktail gathering that unfolds naturally.

    Upper Terrace & Ceremony Stage

    This breathtaking outdoor setting, offers an unforgettable backdrop for a variety of private events, accommodating up to 200 guests. Lush, terraced lawns and a beautifully appointed stage create a serene and refined atmosphere—an idyllic space for celebrations, gatherings, and once-in-a-lifetime moments. Make a grand and lasting impression with our signature ‘RP’ stained-glass doors, opening to a charming aisle experience your guests will remember long after the day has passed.

    Lower Terrace & Buffet Bar

    Whether you’re planning a wedding, a lively celebration, or something out of the ordinary, this space is yours to make entirely your own. Designed with flexibility in mind, it’s an ideal setting for seamless catering and beverage service, curated entertainment, and thoughtfully planned experiences. From relaxed daytime gatherings to beautifully styled evening celebrations beneath softly glowing café lights, every element can be tailored to your vision. It’s an elevated yet inviting setting—an open canvas for events that feel as effortless as they are truly memorable.

    The Main Stage & Concert Space

    Our open-air amphitheater delivers a vibrant setting for live performances, dancing, and high-energy entertainment. With exceptional acoustics and a built-in concrete dance floor it offers a striking backdrop for gatherings centered around great music, lively moments, and shared experiences.

    Accommodates: Up to 500 guests

    The Green Room

    Tucked just behind the main stage, our multi-purpose Green Room offers a private retreat for artists, performers, and wedding parties alike. Thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience, the space features a wet and dry bar, full-size refrigerator, private restroom, flat-screen TV, high-top table seating, and a cozy lounge area. Complete with air conditioning, it’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, or prepare for the moments ahead.

    The Pavilion

    Acts as the anchor with open, modern Agrarian architecture that connects naturally to the landscape around it. NW contemporary woodwork is warm and inviting. Sliding doors that open onto the veranda; It welcomes you and your friends to grab a glass of wine on a cold night and let the hours drift by in front of the warm replace, celebrate an anniversary dinner with family and close friends, or play cards on the veranda during a sunny summer afternoon.

    Accommodates:

    • Maximum occupancy 180

    • 100 for a seated dinner with dancing

    Vineyard Dining

    One of the most distinctive spaces on the estate, this pergola-style setting overlooks our signature pond with sweeping vineyard and mountain views. Perfect for intimate gatherings of up to 30 guests, it’s ideal for rehearsal dinners, private tastings, and meaningful celebrations. Its clean, minimalist design allows you to personalize the space with your own tablescapes and décor while staying comfortably covered. From golden hour dinners to celebratory pours, this space feels both intimate and unforgettable.
