Our full venue can accommodate up to 500 guests. We also offer individual event space rentals with different capacity limits, and we’d be happy to help you choose the best fit for your event. Please email us at events@rockypondestate.com to inquire.

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food or hire a caterer. You may also bring in a licensed bartender or bartending service. Please note a Washington State banquet permit and event insurance are required.

We offer complimentary on-site parking for up to 200 vehicles from May through September. During the off-season (November 1-April 31), parking is limited to 100 vehicles due to weather conditions. If you are renting the pavilion, you are welcome to use the flat-screen TV for a slideshow or video presentation. Complimentary guest Wi-Fi is also available.

Yes. An on-site Venue Manager will be available during your event. Please note that the venue host does not provide food or beverage service.

Yes. To comply with the Douglas County noise ordinance, all events must end by 10:00 p.m. Additionally no personal or rental items may be left behind. Real flames and smoking are not allowed anywhere on the property.
